Refund Policy

We stand behind our product. If something legitimately goes wrong on our end, you get your money back.

You're eligible for a refund if:

• The product is publicly detected and the status stays detected for more than 72 hours.
• The loader fails to launch on a supported configuration and our team can't resolve it within 48 hours.
• You purchased the wrong plan within the last 24 hours and have not used your key.

You're not eligible for a refund if:

• You changed your mind after using the product.
• Your game account was banned while using outdated builds or non-supported configurations.
• You attempted a chargeback before contacting our support team.

How to request

Open a ticket from your dashboard with the subject "Refund request" and your order ID. Most refunds are approved within 24 hours.
